Cancellation Policy
Last updated: 15 October 2026
Lesson times are reserved just for you, so we ask for fair notice if you can't make it. This helps us offer the slot to another learner.
Cancelling or rearranging a lesson
- Give at least 48 hours' notice and there's no charge. We'll rearrange the lesson or return the time to your package.
- With less than 48 hours' notice, or if you don't turn up, we charge the full lesson fee (£41 per hour), or deduct the lesson from your package.
- We'll wait up to 15 minutes at the pick-up point. After that the lesson counts as a missed lesson. If you're late and we still go ahead, the lesson ends at its normal time.
How to cancel
Call 07895 146600 or send a message on WhatsApp. Your notice counts from when we receive your message.
When we might cancel
- If we have to cancel with less than 48 hours' notice (for example through illness or a vehicle breakdown), you won't be charged and we'll offer the next available slot.
- We may postpone a lesson if the weather or road conditions make it unsafe. You won't be charged.
- We may refuse to start or continue a lesson if you seem unfit to drive, for example under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or if you don't have your valid provisional licence. In those cases the lesson is charged in full.
Driving tests
If you're using our car for your test, tell us as soon as you book, move or cancel a test with the DVSA. The DVSA's own rules apply to the test itself. You must give the DVSA at least 3 full working days' notice to change or cancel a test without losing your test fee.
Packages and refunds
See our Terms & Conditions for how unused package hours are refunded.
